A 25% refundable deposit of your total Bay rental is required to book.

Cancel with confidence

Cancel at least 72 hours (3 days) before your event for a full deposit refund.

Late cancellations & no‑shows

Cancellations within 72 hours, or not showing up on the day of your event, will result in the full Bay rental being charged to the card on file.
